approach

Therapy is for people with bodies and feelings—which means you. I believe change happens in the process, not just the destination. In our work, I’ll be steady, direct, and compassionate—offering curiosity, honest feedback, and space to explore what’s really going on.

I care deeply about women and how we can show up as our best selves in the world. High achieving women, I know what it’s like to feel like you are not hitting the same goal posts you once did. Women who feel stuck, I know what it’s like to feel like you are going and going and going, but staying in the same place. Mamas, I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t know that person in the mirror and feel like you are in someone else’s body. Creative women, I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your art and soul.

Sometimes talking is enough. So let’s go deeper. I want to hear what you have to say.

Other times, your body tells the story. With a background in dance/movement therapy, I bring tools to connect mind, body and emotions when words don’t quite get there.

Therapy can feel tough at times, but it can also be transformative. I’ll help you find your way toward real change.

This is your work and I’m honored to witness your growth.
