Using our bodies and movement, we will attune to and harmonize the mind-body connection, indulging in the present moment.

Workshop Structure:

  • Introduction to each other and the space

  • Brief psychoeducation - what is mindfulness, how do I incorporate the body into this practice and mental health benefits of mindfulness

  • Guided movement activities that support and synthesize concepts from introduction

  • Rest as a group and discuss observations to tease out new connections or “a-ha” moments.
